Don graduated with a degree in Communication Arts in 1982 from Rhodes College (Memphis, TN). He received a minor in Art, having studied oil painting, drawing, color theory and figure drawing. Don pursued an acting career for approximately seven years, living in Los Angeles, California and New York, New York. Don received a J.D. from Tulane Law School in 1992. Don worked in the Public Relations department of Maximus, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for approximately four years. There he worked as in-house graphic artist, designing flyers, print ads, brochures, newsletters and other marketing materials. Don has worked as a freelance graphic artist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for approximately three years.
